01

E-Learning Development

E-learning courses provide an asynchronous option for training, which can be particularly useful when training on a large scale or across multiple locations. Check out samples of my work to see what I can do!

02

Design Documents & Storyboards

Many learning solutions fall short of the business goals because of a lack of intentional design. I make sure to identify actionable learning objectives and align the instructional design to those measurable goals.

03

Microlearning

Sometimes a job aid or a mini-course is the simplest way to go. I can provide a brief takeaway to your employees to remind them of previous training or update their skills.

04

VILT

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) refers to learning experiences designed to be guided in real time by a company trainer or expert. I have lots of experience both designing and facilitating VILT.

MY MISSION

Collaboration, Creativity, and Growth Potential

I design learning solutions for business problems. I am passionate about helping learners discover their potential, and I value developing a strong company culture. Let me help you grow your team.

What I Provide

01

Needs Analysis

When I work with your company, I will begin by interviewing stake holders and subject matter experts to analyze the needs of both the business and the learners. The first questions to answer are "What is the behavior that needs to change?" and "Is training the right solution?"

02

Learning Design

Effective learning design considers the needs and experience of the learners. I apply the principles of Adult Learning Theory-- practical application, scenario-based learning, and learner-driven experiences.

03

Course Development

Throughout the process of developing your training, communication and feedback is key. I will provide you with alpha, beta, and gold drafts to allow room for feedback and revision in the design process, and establish a timeline for deliverables.

04

Evaluation

Great learning produces results. While often a final product ends with a Level 2 evaluation like a quiz or assessment, I aim to complete every training process with a Level 3 follow-up evaluation, including interviews and observations to ensure the changed behavior has been implemented.

05

Long Term Planning

Many effective learning solutions are a part of a larger system of training. Let me help you develop a learning plan over the course of a learner's employment!
